Second Class (3rd Period)

Describe
What I observed in the class was that students were motivated since they loved the warm-up activity, which was Do you love me? We had fun while playing this game. All the students were laughing. This activity helped to create a good environment during the whole class. The arrangement I used were the horseshoe shape. In addition, the material I used were charts with a conversation, markers, pieces of paper so that they could complete some sentences, and the board to check grammar and solve the sentences.

The warm-up is helpful to motivate students so that they will improve their attention through the whole class.

The warm-up has to motivate students help them to be focus during the whole class.

When the students pay attention to the class, their learning is meaningful, and the environment becomes friendly so that everybody can participate.

The warm-up helps the class to change the environment to have a meaningful learning.

Based on what I already know about speaking activities, I think that students enjoy and learn more through speaking activities.

Based on what I observed, I think students generally need more speaking activities, so they can develop their speaking skill, and they lose their fear to speak in another language.

I believe that speaking activities can help students learning since it is a fundamental skill when learning another language.

So, in the future, I will include more speaking activities.

In future lessons, I will give directions using just three verbs.

The next time I teach this lesson, I will use more charts in order to give a better grammar explanation.

In future experiences I will also include more written activities, for them to practice.
